Doing Theology ¡latinamente!
From its inception in 1989, the HSP’s mission has been to supplement and enrich the theological and ministerial education being offered in seminaries, theological schools, and universities, with academic courses and other programs directly addressing Latinx history, ministry, and theology.
At the Hispanic Scholars Program, we consider ourselves to be a “wandering institution.” From its very beginnings the heritage of the HSP has been defined by the values of diversity, inclusion, and solidarity. We strive to make our programs affordable, accessible, and responsive to the needs of our community. Our goal is to further and empower the theological education of Latinx students around the world.
